The service is poor but they are friendly. Most of the time the food is good but I don't eat there much.

This place is horrible. We waited forever to get chicken and the place was empty so don't know what the wait was also we ordered 3 buffets and after we go get our table we are informed that the bar is closed if that was the case then why take my money and not tell me this place has gone way down!
I went through the drive thru a little over a month ago and ordered chicken livers. They told me to pull up because they make them fresh and it takes 8 minutes to cook them. So I waited and after 15 minutes I called into the store and someone finally brought them out & when I got home they were hard as rocks. I called & asked to speak to a manager and she told me she'd put my name on a list and to stop by and get another box of them, well I didn't get up there until today and the manager acted clueless to a list and said that since it may have been over a month ago (I couldn't remember the exact date & wasn't informed of a time limit) that it was no longer valid. Someone needs some training on the correct way to run a business.
This is the worst place ever, absolutely the worst service on the planet. Go there everyday, get the same thing, they even ask me if I wantmy usual and still got the order completely wrong. I time the wait almost eveytime I go inside, stand in line 10min with no one atthe counter, another 5 just to take order, and then another 10min to put it in the box. What a joke for someone that only gets a 30min lunch. Dont go you will be mad from the wait, the worst management and employees I have ever experienced.... DONT GO....call the 800 number report them..
