The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is wonderfully clean and the food is always good. Can't go wrong at Chili's!

I would have rated 5 stars many months ago. My last two visits have not been pleasant. Different staff that is rude or doesn't fill drinks. Food not of quality like before.

Menu changed? Ordered appetizer tri not worth $13. You lost a customer... over priced.
As my fiance, mother and I arrived at Chili's, we were told that there was going to be a twenty minute wait. After about 10 minutes of waiting, we noticed about five empty tables, yet no one being seated. Two groups of five arrived at that time and they were also told a twenty minute wait, which was a bit suspicious being that they were large groups and we had been waiting almost fifteen. By the time my party and I got seated, we had waited around 35-40 minutes. Once we got our food, it was cold. Not a good experience and I won't be returning.
