The food was great but we had to wait an hour and a half, waitress said she didn't know what happened,I used to be a waitress I knew if my tables were there to long and people who came in after a table I already had got there food first something was wrong. Rating for food only

Fantastic pumpkin bisque and blackened yellow fin tuna! The server was very attentive and was quite timely for such high quality and flavorful offerings.
My dinner date and I ended up at Aioli before a show at Blackfriars last night, and it was wonderful! A quiet and romantic spot with friendly service and delicious food. We usually don't go for sweet martinis (more of a gin/extra dirty crowd), but the pumpkin spice martini hit the spot on a chilly night. I had the pumpkin bisque which was not as pumpkin-y as I thought it would be, but a delicious twist on the classic since it had a beef broth base (I believe). Not to mention the duck on top of a bed of vegetable risotto, all drizzled with a pomegranate sauce. Wonderful! I'd certainly recommend Aioli to anyone staying the night in Staunton.
Especially fun on the 3rd Thursday when there is a wonderful Jazz combo.
