I love cracker barrel, but the service we were met with today was sub par. Our order was lost and took twice as long to come to us, the cheese burger I ordered was missing... Cheese, and the server seemed to know very little about the menu. It's not enough to make me dislike this CrackerBarrel, it's very unusual for this to happen, but nonetheless it did and it did sour the rest of my evening.
Good down home cooking. Not low cal, but solid. Not gourmet, but predictable.
While I always enjoy the food and service at Cracker Barrel I wish for more room on the table. It gets terribly crowded with one plate for every item. Why is that even necessary?
