Good staff, hot food and the only place really left in Staunton Mall, even though i had card issues, they were patient with me until i fixed it and was still very polite, i recommend their daily specials, theyre a great deal and if youre looking for a place to casually eat, this is the place.
Horrible customer service. Guy being rude on the phone and i can hear people laughing at him in the backround denying me a delivery. The food is great but you should really hire nice people.
Food is pretty good and the portion sizes are great. They deliver and you can pay with cash or card. You can even order online. One thing I do find odd is they have a list of places they won't deliver to and a list of people who don't tip. Both had peoples names on it. I understand why they have those lists but they shouldn't be upfront where everyone can see.
The food is the best in town and portions are great but damn did they piss me off. Every menu has a coupon on it. No delivery and cash only. I go in and they say my coupons expired. That I just received a week ago. I pick up a menu off the counter and they had expired over a year ago... they hand out an expired coupon and won't accept it. If you make an offer stand behind it.
This place sucks!!! I use to think it was pretty decent but now it's awful. Second time in a row and half of what I order is not there or cold. I talked with the manager and all I got was"we do better next time". Either they need to hire more people or get these young kids out! Very disappointed
