I would buy from this dealership again! Hands down the best customer service. They aren't pushy and wouldn't sell you something that they wouldn't buy themselves. I want to thank ray hatcher and Amanda smith for such a great car buying experience. The quality of their volkswagens are unmatched compared to 3 Volkswagen dealers I've visited before coming to this dealership. I drove 3 hours from Hampton Virginia to look at a Volkswagen that I ended up buying. I will definitely come back to this dealership to purchase another car.
I was contacted by Mark Lotts after posting my car for sale on Facebook. He wrote a letter saying they would offer $10,100 (my asking price) and maybe even more as my vehicle was in high demand. After taking my vehicle 30 to his dealership they had it appraised and offer me $3’500 now stating “it needed tires and there could be something wrong with the engine”. It was insulting, conniving and I would never do business with them.

When I discovered some scratches on the car while still on the lot, they were great about setting up a time to take care of them at no cost to me.
