This week I bought a car at McDonough Toyota in about an hour actually spent at the dealership. It was possible because of a great price how much information Gary was willing to discuss and provide online and over the phone.
After visiting another Toyota dealership we came here and met with Gary. He was such a pleasure to work with and was a pleasure to deal with. No high pressure. Nice and direct. So far everyone we've talked/dealt with there has been very professional and welcoming. In the future, I wouldn't even waste my time going to any other dealership. We haven't been in for any service yet, but I'm imagining the same positive experience.

I haven't had this much FUN buying a new vehicle in quite some time! Brian and Dave were an absolute pleasure to deal with - not to mention the serious amount of $$$ Dave saved us by securing a MUCH better rate than our bank was willing to give. Seamless transaction from beginning to end, for sure. Everyone was warm and accommodating and the whole process was just as I described initially..."fun." This '17 Tundra is my 3rd Toyota pickup and - thanks to McDonough - it certainly won't be my last. Highly recommended!!!
