The service center is fantastic. My wife and kids and I were road tripping from Atlanta to upstate New York and one of our tires was losing pressure midway up...we pulled into Valley and Nick and Adam had us sorted in no time at all. They were able to plug a nail hole and had us back on our way in less than an hour. 5 star service! If we lived closer I'd go back. Thanks again guys.
Took Jeep to Valley for my first service since move to Staunton. They did an oil change, tire rotation and a recall for air bag sensor. Also, got inspection. Staff was friendly and service was completed at promised time. Great Job.

My car has been there on three separate occasions, each time they have told me it's a different issue fixed one issue I picked up car drove it for a week and it broke down again car stayed at shop for two weeks while they tried to figure out the issue ended up telling me it needed a battery and that was causing it to idle rough when that wasn't the originally issue in the first place. I don't recommend this dealership the one in Harrisonburg fixed my vehicles prob a few years back in a quick and timely manner
