The vets are good there. Unfortunately there is no compassion there. I took my cat there for a recheck there. I had just spent $122 there on him the week before. I didn't have the money to pay and offered a check to be cashed in the following Tuesday when I got paid. I have been going there for 20 + years and this is what I get. They have accepted payments prior to this. I was given another script for same antibiotic. They said I couldn't have it and took it back.!!!! When I bought the initial script it wasn't even the amount I was supposed to receive. They said it didn't matter ---sorry it mattered to me and my cat. In addition to this a girl was sitting at a desk there and as I was explaining my situation she rolled her eyes,made a smirk and raised her eyebrows. Not a caring staff at all for our beloved pets. Money is what they want. In addition they responded to a friend of mine that it says cash on the bill. That is no where on the bill. I'm moving all my pets to a new vet. Wouldn't even take a dead animal there
A good friend went here for over 10 years. Her cat got sick and needed antibiotic which she bought. After a week she went for a check. Needed a second round of meds but being on a fixed income she asked to pay in a week - which she had done before. The meds were taken back and the cat was sent home without the needed meds. Not a place for me!
