We got stuck on the Blue Ridge Pky on a Saturday and had the bike delivered Monday when they opened. Four hours later we were back on the road. Excellent job of troubleshooting and diagnostic testing.... not just a parts replacer.

The best customer service I've ever had. Out of town and stopped in to have my bike looked at. While waiting, sales associate Chase got me looking at some new bikes. Without a blink of an eye, he said here take this one for a spin. Well played Chase, I'm now possibly buying a bike from you.
