Dynamic duo in there. Amanda and Laurasteen. Very competent and extremely helpful. They took charge of my service issue long before and after the Boost Mobile Customer Service could. They were extremely nice and patient even though I know I was being and ass. These ladies are the epitome of great customer service and will go to the ends of the earth to make sure you walk out the door happy.
My phone completely went black because of the LED light and I had to get this problem fixed. Fortunately the ladies at the store helped me and got me the right phone. They were very courteous and helpful. They walked me through the entire process. Great customer service and I highly recommend them. Thank you Laura and Amanda!

I recommend picking another service. I have too many problems with this service and it's overall bad. It's not even the problem, because I understand that technology has its problems but it's also the staff. They are rude and very uneducated about the place.
