We just had someone come out from this shop last night. It was just after 5pm on a Friday, it was dark and 28 degrees. The man who came was great. He quickly cleared out our sewer line in about an hour. This service is great.
Roto rooter came over in February to check my septic system.They took out my toilet and when they put it back they didn't bother bolting it down to the floor so two months later somebody came in and the toilet slid all the way across the floor.
Mark from Roto-Rooter came out within a half hour of my call. He was able to clear our waste line quickly and with quite a few obstacles. This is the 2nd time I've called Roto-Rooter over the past year and have been pleased with the service and customer attention. Highly recommend!
This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with in my life. We would NEVER use them again and would strongly discourage anyone from even calling this company unless you are okay with having your wallet plunged instead of your toilet.
