Got a phone call right away from someone to check whether I was on city sewer, in case the back-up was related to the city. Everyone I dealt with was nice and professional. They charge a diagnostic fee but waive it if you choose them to do additional work (which I think is really fair and reasonable). They were very thorough and honest, spent a long time at the house, had a technician diagnose and then a follow-up with another person/supervisor just to make sure they didn't miss anything. The technician dug up AND covered back up the septic cover (no one was home). I didn't have a lot of work done (we will eventually need to), but when it comes time to re-do the septic, we'd call this company to do it.

Once we FINALLY got the go ahead to install the unit, they were out there and was able to get everything done they needed to get done both inside and outside of the house. Jonathan had me come by at the end of day 1 to give me an update on the progress and things looked great and were moving right along.

This company was RIDICULOUS in it's prices. First they charge you $69 before they will even begin to tell you what the job will cost. Then, if you agree to do the work, you don't have to pay the $69. So it cost me $69 to find out that they would charge me $676 to replace my kitchen faucet !!!! And I bought the faucet, that was just their labor. Oh, this also included replacing the shut off valves below the sink. This is a standard kitchen sink faucet replacement, about an hour of work. Really $676 ????? I had to give up the $69 they charged to tell me that they were going to rip me off. I found out that I am not the only person disgusted with this company, they are all over town. No disrespect to the plumbers themselves who work for this company. It is the company itself, which sets these ridiculous prices, and mine is not the only story of this from this company.

We had a wall collapse in our basement. Because of that, our outside unit needed to be replaced. We were evacuated from the house for over a month. Jonathan came out to the house and saw what was going on. He inspected the inside and outside of the house. He gave us a few options for replacement units, etc. It felt like he knew what we were going through and was very empathetic to our situation. We had no idea what the timeline would be in getting the wall fixed and getting power back on for them to come out and install the new unit. I ended up calling the office several times having to reschedule our appointment because of the construction taking a little bit longer than expected. The office staff understood what we were going through and they were extremely accommodating in having to reschedule several times throughout the process. We also decided later on that we wanted a programmable thermostat, which we didn't specify in the initial order. They had one available and added that to their install without any issue.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Blue Mountain. The young man they sent was polite and answered all of my questions (which were many). Jonathan took the time to explain each answer and was quick to find a solution. If I have trouble in the future, Blue Mountain/Jonathan will be my choice.

The next day, I needed to head out of town but the work wasn't going to be completed until after I was scheduled to leave. The paperwork needed to be signed after the completion of the work. I worked with Jonathan and the office staff and was able to stop by, review everything, sign the paperwork and be on my way, even before the work was complete. At no point did I have any concern that the work wouldn't be completed in a timely manner or to the specifications they indicated. When I got back, I looked at the outside and inside work and everything looked great and was working beautifully.

We contacted blue mountain to replace 2 toilets in our new home and found the office staff and plumbing technicians to be knowledgeable and willing to spend time explaining our options. In addition we took out an HVAC yearly service contract and the plumbing tech who serviced our unit even did additional work for us when he realized something was not properly installed. We have found their work to be timely and of high quality and the staff very polite and helpful.

I can't thank this company enough for everything that they did for us and for being real people and understanding our situation. I would HIGHLY recommend Blue Mountain to service any heating and cooling units as well recommending them if any heating or cooling units need to be replaced.
