They have a decent skatepark here, needs some upkeep and repairs though.
Lots to do and usually not overly busy. The mini train is great. I also appreciate the gate around the smaller playground.
An all around nice park to visit for exercise or get some fresh air! The facilities include: a duck pond, several playgrounds, a skate park, a mini train (check the operating hours), several sports fields, exercise machine installments, a large stage, and a paved loop to run on which is over a mile long.
I've loved this place for 35 years. I'm so happy to be able to share its magic with my own children.
Nice clean and family oriented park. Four leg family members are also welcome here. There are so many activities here in the summer time even a movie night! There is a beautiful gazebo were the activities are held at. The cherry on top of the sundea is the train that runs on sat and suns in the summer time. This train has been around since the 50s I think. This park is one to beat.
