Delivery driver was great but it did take 1 hour to get 2 personal size pizzas to me... I called in to questjon thw online time of 25-35 minutes and was told that's only for slower times. They couldn't change anything about my experience.
Food is normally pretty good. The last two times it's basically sucked. The manager looks like he hasn't had a shower in a few days. There were people picking up good before ours (which was on the board scheduled for pickup 15-20 minutes before theirs). The manager was gruff and rude with nearly everyone there, customers as well as employees. I am fairly sure they simply forgot to cook our food but just didn't fess up to it considering it took an hour!

Messed up my first time ordering, hair in food, by the time delivery got there, i couldn't call to notify them because they shut their phones off an hour before closing.. .this time, almost a month later.. they messed up my order TWICE... NO quality control.. John, the manager was nice but frustrated after the third call.. Said he'd remake the cheesesticks which were the worst messed up... still never got them.
The manager working (John) was very kind, helpful, and just a sweetheart. I will be going back. I watched him get through a whole rush with just him and one other person as I waited for my pizza. It was two minutes past the promised time which he apologized for. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Great service, great food!
