trailer trash place, employees are either slacking off, having inappropriate conversations, or just plain lazy, hygiene is deplorable.. as a former employee I'd never eat here and recommend no one else does.
An hour wait time on our food. Poor customer service. Even the website for feed back showed little to no care. Won't be ordering from them again this is why I prefer dominos!
Very poor service. After two past experiences where the pizza is not warm I contacted the manager. He made the excuse that they only had one driver. When I asked for the name of the regional manager, he had to look it up and could not provide a phone number. Good bye Papa John's
Food is at Papa John's typical standard. However, people that work here are rude. Had a manager hang up on me mid-sentence.
This is one of the worst experiences that I have had with this business. I placed an order at 10:45 am for two extra large specialty pizzas to be delivered to my business at 12:30. I called the business at 12:45 pm to find out where the pizzas were, and they were not even made yet. I spoke with the manager and he assured me that the food would be here by 1:20 pm. The food still did not show up by then. When I called the business back the manager on duty was very unpleasant and would not help make the situation right.
