I have been going to this salon for a few years now and have always had a good experience! The stylists ive had always work with me to make sure I get the look I want. Ill def. be going back for many years!
called to make an appointment and was told that the girl that answered the phone was the only one there and she was having back problems and wasnt doing haircusts that day
Bandon was asked by my son to give him a buzz cut #3. He is not a squirming toddler yet ended up with a 3in gouge clear to the scalp in the back and uneven, patchy longer and shorter hairs all over. He didn't even brush off my son before dismissing him with the crappy cut. When confronted he claimed "that's how his hair lays" well sure when you do a 5 minute cut job and clearly don't give a care of it's a good job or not. I want my money back, and I will never suggest anyone go here.
Bought products that was"spoiled" and smelled horrible. I only wanted an exchange and she found my receipt but refused the exchange because it was past the time frame. NEVER buy from here. Also, has very poor customer service. This is my second issue with them.

There's a guy that works there named Brandon that's not only a racist that uses the N word but he also beats on women and spits in their faces. His girlfriend is a cashier at Walmart and can verify these things. Would recommend that women and children stay far away that maniac
