I just want to say that when i broke down and ended up at Mastertech they were wonderful. They were honest, thorough and friendly through the whole ordeal. i can not say enough positive things about them. They even dealt with my 93lb black lab.
Car overheated and broke down. They took us right in and got us back on the road fast! Very reasonable pricing and friendly staff.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people at Mastertech! My car broke down on the way from from DC to Kentucky. They were able to fit us in and get the car fixed the same day, so that we could get back on the road. I was traveling with my cat, so they let us camp out in the waiting room for several hours and were very accommodating despite my kitty voicing his displeasure. Our mechanic painstakingly spent a lot of time making sure my older car was in proper working order, so that we would be able to make it to our destination without further incident. They offered to order us food and even checked in with us once we reached Kentucky to make sure the car wasn't giving us any problems. I am forever grateful to Kelley, Matt, Danny, and Bryan. I cannot thank y'all enough for your kindness and help. We (Holly, Blaine, & Ernie Cat) are forever grateful!
