Was recently rear-ended a few days ago and Enterprise just happened to be the company that the insurance company was using for rental service the first car that I picked up was not clean at all and I brought this to Ryan's attention and he said that's a no-go come on in I'll get you another one so the next day I picked up a Nissan Altima which shortly after I picked up through a check engine light I noticed when leaving work that the rear driver side Tire continue to lose air pressure happen to see Ryan at the gas station near my house showed him the tire and check engine light and without hesitation Ryan said I'm in the store for a short. Of time tomorrow come in I'll get you a new vehicle to drive Ryan is very helpful and very quick to resolve issues I've always used Enterprise rentals and will continue to do so do to Ryan urgency to correct an issue and provide awesome customer service thanks Ryan for easing up the stress
I've rented from this location for a number of years, mainly for business travel. Through the changes in staff, the customer service has always been excellent. Other than the rare occasion when there are a number of customers picking up at once, I'm usually checked out and in my car within a few minutes.
Unlike the post below (the diva who tried to show up after they closed...), this Enterprise provided me with excellent customer service. Ryan helped me through the entire process, was very courteous, and provided me with an excellent rental vehicle. I had no problem getting there during hours since THEY ARE OPEN FOR 10 HOURS during the weekdays AND 4 HOURS ON SATURDAYS. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Ryan!
My only suggestion would be a larger lot.
Great friendly service, was a little surprised to see all new people as I had rented from there on a few occasions but they were professional and courteous as always!!
Hard-working folks here. They try to do a good job. May become overwhelmed at times if a lot of folks show up at once without proper paperwork.
