The most amazing, clean, perfectly run self storage facility in a 100 mile radius. So convenient to access right off the interstate and Rt 11. Our large moving truck navigated into and through the facility with ease. Family run business who really care for their customers. Super safe electronic PIN pad controlled gate and Video surveillance made us feel like our household valuables were always safe. Kiosk outside the gate offers convenient 24 hour a day payment options. We couldn't be happier about this storage facility
As a contractor, Staunton Self storage was the optimal storage facility for storing my tools, materials, and epuipment for my local construction projects. It's 24 hr access and close proximity to Interstate 81, made it convenient for myself or subcontractors to swing by the facility daily if needed. Property was spacious enough to easily maneuver trailers around and staff was friendly, professional and prompt.
This place is nothing but a money grab. If you want to actually speak to a human being on the phone, this is not the facility for you. They purposely don't add move out information on their website to try and scam you. Apparently you have to give "15 days notice", Ie. were going to charge you for an extra half month because we can. I called and left a message 2 months ago about moving out early, and of course nobody returned my call. I left a message at the end of that time frame saying I was ready to move out, got a call back that night saying, sorry you have to pay for another half month, which was another $40 btw on top of the $80 I had paid last month. Con artists.
