This is my second time renting from this location. They are super nice and very helpful. Rebecca and her staff made each move a much easier experience. We found this location after "other brand" company neglected my daughter's reservation. We were panicking because it was after 4:00 on a Friday! Rebecca had a truck ready for us immediately! So I chose them again for my move even though I could have gotten a truck closer to my moving area. I knew I would have no worries with my reservation. Awesome customer service! Thank you for making life a little bit easier!
Scam artists!!!!! BEWARE tried to take personal info and then re rent a trailor we had already reserved. Then blamed their own employee while now having my card info.
Called to make a reservation. Lady was so unpleasant I decided not to give them my business. I think there is also a bit of a laungage barrior as she didn't get what I was asking her the first and 2nd time.

Horrible customer service. They overcharge for tax, gas, and double charge on rentals. Check your receipt!! The woman owner is very disrespectful to paying customers and does not care if you come back or not. Typical of those types of owners. Just go down the road to a small business that does care. Unless you want to pay $50-$100 extra in your rental.
