Advised them that I could not afford the copays and wanted to discontinue service. They continued making me appointments assuring me they had a "patient assistance" program and upon completing the paperwork, stated I qualified for this assistance.
Karen was very caring and did more than she would have to help me. Ashley and Ryan was super nice and caring as well.
They did not apply the assistance to the bill, I have been trying to make payments when I can (not like I didn't tell them from the start I was struggling) and they have turned me over to a collection agency for SIX DOLLARS. Nice going.
