Best pet store around, got a Bernese Mountain Dog for my kids and us for Christmas, staff really helpful with all his needs and any questions that we had, great addition to our family. I would recommend pets n pals to anyone, also bought a rabbit, ferret, and a few dogs from here, and a cat few years back. Very knowledgeable.
Update: the review about Bernese Mountain Dogs, just FYI I bought 2 of them from this store, both in good health, sometimes dogs grow very quickly before someone buys them, please research this breed, they are huge and grow very quickly.
This pet store is by far one of if not my all time favorite. Every time I go,they always have what I'm looking for and everything is very reasonably priced. The management and staff are very kind,courteous,and eager to help with any questions you may have. They definitely know their stuff,on the rare occasion they don't they will quickly redirect you to and employee who does. I would absolutely reccomend Pets N Pals to anybody and their pet needs. 5/5
If you are looking for a fur baby I definitely recommend Pets N Pals. We got our little Ella a week ago and we love her so much. She is just perfect and healthy. She has made my daughter and I so happy. It was just a great experience all around. The staff is amazing and so helpful and caring. I highly recommend Pets N Pals.. You won't regret it.
Customer service is fabulous! They do everything to make sure you're satisfied and that you have everything you need for your pet. Stuff I didn't even think about. I'm so happy I used them for getting our puppy!
Pets-N-Pals is an amazing pet store. The staff is super friendly, caring, and very helpful. They treat all the animals in there just like they were their own, with love. They keep the store very clean so the animals have a sanitary and comfortable environment to live in until they find there forever home. Ive never had a bad experience here.
