Museum has a lot of things about a possibly not as well known President. Tour if his birthplace was nice. The self-guided tour of the museum is good. The only issue I see with it is that the chronology depicted in the descriptions or posters is not linear and hard to follow. A little more separation of his personal and professional life would possibly help too. The restored Pierce-Arrow limo is amazing and it is a shame that one can't get a little closer to it...I am a bit of a gearhead. Overall though, the museum is nicely done and Staunton is a beautiful town to visit. It was well worth the day trip.
Fantastic! Very well presented. Also loved the tour.
We had a wonderful time and learned a lot. The guides were very knowledgeable and the Man at the gift shop was very kind.
It takes several buildings two explain the life and achievements of President Woodrow Wilson. This Museum was founded by Staunton locals and receives no federal support. It was the beginning of a good idea that Congress picked up on. There is much to learn and enjoy. Be sure to enjoy the gardens and The View in the fall and the spring
Tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The house was well done and the tour was long enough to be interesting enough for adults and hold the attention of a 5, 9, and 14 year old. The scavenger hunt in the museum was quick and fun. The town was beautiful. Great place to visit
