I went in for a replacement social security card after losing mine - before going, I filled out and printed the application, and brought several forms of I.D. (license, birth certificate, passport). All I ended up needing was the passport. I went on a Friday, arriving at 12:22 and was back in my car at 12:56. Easy, not a long wait, and friendly customer service.

Went with wife to start her Social security. We didn't have to wait, talk to John, was done in 20 minutes. Check was in the bank 4 days later. We didn't think the government could be that good!! Enjoy Life
