Long story short, I got a railing on eBay from a pool company in Florida. I hate that. I love doing business locally and don't mind paying a little more for good service. Not happening here. Sad.

Valley installed my pool in 2014 and did an excellent job. The pool has been trouble free and easy to care for. Everyone who worked on it was as professional and competent as you could possibly hope for. Naturally, was expected the store to be great. In fact, it was the worst retail experience I've had in years. My wife and I went in looking for a railing for our pool steps. The young man who asked if he could help us couldn't find the railing brochure, didn't know what steps I had, (the steps they installed!) and was unable to help. He then asked the obviously senior man to assist him but he said he "had no clue." I then asked about chlorine and was quoted a price that was double what I've paid at Walmart. No explanation that it was a superior product, just a take it or leave it silence. Needless to say I left it and will likely never go back.
Very attentive and not pushy. Good service. Free pool water testing.
They have always been super at helping to get our pool water clear and ready for us to enjoy.
