The staff is so friendly and very helpful. I called close to last minute and they were able to accomadte my needs for a very fair price. I will definitely use this florist in the future!
The flowers I ordered were beautiful. I was disappointed when they charged me $85+ for an arrangement that I specifically requested to stay in a budget of $50-75. And a similar arrangement I ordered the same week from another florist costs me $57. I never received a response to my email. By phone, I was told the cost was $75 for the arrangement and the rest was fees. Sneeky and not appreciated. I was disappointed that there was no attempt to compromise. Make sure you ask for the TOTAL Cost before agreeing to a purchase here.
I made an order on 10/19 a comfort basket to be delivered and charged to my credit card, and asked for receipt be sent to me. Didn’t receive anything and called to make sure had my email. Told yes they did and again told would send. I need the receipt to be reimbursed from my group. Have made 3 calls and still nothing! Poor business!!
Lynn at Rask and Rask in general rock! Lynn and her daughter saved my day!! The florist down the road butchered a corsage I had ordered, I went to Rask LAST MINUTE and they happily made me a BEAUTIFULLY PERFECT corsage and a boutineer. Prices are great and wonderful work. Highly recommended:)
I ordered red roses for my mother for Valentine's Day and had them delivered the day before. Typically I order all of my flowers from Honeybee's at Terry Court because they are amazing!! This time I used Teleflora which in turn used Rask. Needless to say the almost $100 roses never opened up and began to die after a couple of days. My mother called Rask and they told her that they could only guarantee their flowers for 24 hours so there was nothing they could do. Note to self: I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN!!
