Professional and quick service is the norm at this location. I use this business often for our shipping needs.
Woman was rude and flip , not happy at all with the service I received. Hmmmm, I might be rethinking UPS. Too bad because I have always trusted the great service.
I'm sorry, but the items, 3, being shipped totaled $300 and 1 item an irreplaceable glass item.

I usually love the staff at this UPS store. The regular crew I get , know me as a repeat customer and we have a great experience. But when I took a very precious item to be boxed and shipped on Saturday, I had the unpleasant welcome from someone I did not know. I'm use to an item being boxed immediately, esp a glass item as this was. However, it was just put on the back counter . When I asked about the boxing, I was informed she didn't plan to box it , that it would wait until Monday!!!!
