The Heifitz faculty and "students" will make you crave chamber music if you don't already. Besides that, an evening at these concerts will transport you into a world of beauty and joy that will linger in your mind for days afterward. I can't wait for next year's performances.
We attended the concert on April 29th in Buena Vista. The performers were Dmitry Volkov, Katharina Kang, and Stefan Petrov. It was the most exciting chamber music event I have ever attended. Your programs mission to teach the musicians to "communicate the emotion of music beyond mere technical agility" made the event an incredibly rewarding experience.
