Ordering Kiosks do NOT work at all in a correct manner.. All items MUST be individually orders, and you have to go through 20+ screens to order 2 simple items. UNACCEPTABLE.
Can't even count the times I've been here on my way to work or off work etc, its normally fast, but has its slow days, recommended if you're in a rush.
Very bad. Slow service and my fries were not even all the way cooked. It ‘twas terrible and I’m never coming back
This is an older layout restaurant...which is ok...HOWEVER....no excuse for dirt, needs floor, tables and restrooms cleaned. Also having an employee smile and act like the want to be their would be nice. On the bright side the coffee was hot!
Store design is comparable to Roomper Room out of the 1960's, Hard NON McDonalds chairs, HORRIBLE wall paper, NOT to corporate standards.
HORRIBLE store, NOT to McDonalds standards, Kiosk did not work properly, order was not received in 10 minute time period. SIMPLE order, 1 Burger and 10 piece nuggets.. NO excuse for this kind of behavior...NONE.

Order was NOT completed in corporate time period, and was not delivered to my table. Two customers that ordered AFTER me, got their orders BEFORE me.. clearly NOT acceptable.
Come on 1 burger and 1 10 piece nuggets takes 15+ minutes to make, you must be NUTS... manager should be FIRED immediately,.
